Terms and Conditions​

  1. Submission of Dress/Costume Images: We kindly request that images of the dresses/costumes intended for use during the event be provided at least 10 days prior to the event date, particularly for multi-date occasions. These images should align specifically with the respective dates and occasions and must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe.
  2. Payment Schedule:
    • To confirm the booking, a 15% advance payment is required.
    • 35% of the total payment should be transferred 15 days before the booking date.
    • The remaining 50% must be settled at the time of the event.
  3. Venue Details: Please inform the name and location of the venue at least 10 days prior to the event date.
  4. Conveyance Charges: Travel/conveyance charges will be reimbursed by the customer based on actual expenses, From location to venue and from venue to location mentioned below.
    • The calculation for travel charges commences from Greenfield Colony, Faridabad.
  5. Destination Wedding: For destination weddings, customers are requested to bear double service charges. For instance, if the service charge is INR 100, it becomes INR 200 for a destination wedding. Additionally, all travel, stay, and food expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Outstation Events: For outstation events all travel, stay, and food expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
