Cancellation and Refund


  1. Non-Adjustable: The makeup service charge/advance/booking amount is non-refundable & non-adjustable against any other services in part or in whole.
  2. Cancellation: Customers/Clients may request to cancel their ongoing makeup services at any time by providing a written Email/WhatsApp message to Levepa. The cancellation will take effect as of the date the written notice is received by Levepa.
  3. No Refunds: Please note that makeup service charge/advance/booking amounts made for Levepa Makeup Services are non-refundable. Once the booking has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  4. Service Termination: Levepa reserves the right to terminate makeup service(s) at any time if there is a breach of the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of counselling/Booking. In such cases, no refund(s) will be provided which have been received as advance/booking amount for the service(s).
  5. Consultation Prior to Booking: Customers/Visitors are encouraged to engage in thorough consultation and discussion before initiating any makeup service with Levepa. This will ensure a clear understanding of the services. Reducing the likelihood of the need for cancellation.
  6. Acknowledgement: By using our platform/booking our makeup services offered by Levepa, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you agree to accept them.
